sarah1616 My necklace arrived damaged due to its not being secured taped inside the bubble wrap. It was laying in the bag outside of the bubble wrap with a loose stone.

emckenna813 @sarah1616 I'm very sorry that it arrived damaged. I feel like I wrapped it very well. I don't have any experience with this happening before. I would contact Poshmark customer service and ask them how we should proceed.

sarah1616 I did and unfortunately they want me to return the necklace. I feel like I can try to fix the stone at the jewelers. World u be willing to discount another item where I only pay for shipping and I won't have to return the item?

emckenna813 @sarah1616 I'll discount another jewelry item for your for 50%. There were times that I ordered Lia Sophia jewelry directly from the company and I would receive it with one of the stones out. They had a life time replacement guarantee on their items so I would just have to send it back (but would still have to pay for shipping) so I would just glue the stones back in if that ever happened.
