haypho Hi Erin. I just pulled the UGG clogs out of storage and noticed the sole bed I had separated from the shoe. The shoes are in perfect condition otherwise. Definitely something a shoemaker could just tack down. Let me know if you still want them or I can cancel the sale. Just wanted to be upfront and not send you something you weren’t pleased with. kimbranch76 Hi Erin! I have some really sad news about the Gold Velvet Coat you purchased from me. I pulled it from the container, & during my inspection of it, I found a small rip in its about a half an inch. im pretty sure since its crushed velvet, its going to be difficult to repair & may continue to rip. I can send you a pic & reduce the price but honestly, Im thinking its not going to be something you'll want to deal with. I will leave it ups to you, but I didnt find it an easy fix. Very sad indeed.
