Hello! You purchased my gray lululemon crops. My boyfriend shipped these out for me as I have been out of state since June 24th. He shipped these out to you on Friday but missed the part about needing to use the pre paid label. They should arrive today. I'm am not sure how that works with you already paying for the shipping or how the funds get dispersed. So so sorry about the confusion and inconvenience.

Hi Erin! This is Katie. You just purchased my Matilda Jane dress. As I was packing it up, I noticed a hole on the back hem of the dress. It’s pretty big and I have no clue how I missed it when I was listing it. Must have been hiding in the folds. I’m so sorry.
