vint_vantage @kell0264 Hi there. So Poshmark is waiting to see if the other buyer gets the wallet, and then they will do what you said—send each of you the labels for the right locations. The problem is that the post office made a mistake and that package hasn’t been scanned in, so they are on the hunt for it. If they can locate it and get it back to me, I can just send that one right to you. Again, I’m sorry for the trouble—Thank you for your patience!

vint_vantage @kell0264 I understand. Poshmark is waiting for the other buyer to respond so we can initiate the switch—Poshmark said they’re on it, though, so my fingers are crossed. If I don’t hear anything from the other buyer in the next few days, I will ask Posh support how to proceed. I appreciate your patience!!

kell0264 @plucky579 so now I get a message saying I got 2 items AN EXTRA plus mine. And a label to ship this item to the other person. This has taken all this time and I still don’t have the item. I just want a refund. I ordered another wallet and the dang thing arrived before this has been taken care of. vint_vantage @kell0264 I understand your frustration. The wallet, for whatever reason, never began tracking—I don’t know what happened with the post office there but I called multiple times to figure that out. If it arrives, I will make sure it gets to you AND I will work on issuing a refund for your inconvenience. Mistakes happen, of course, but I’m very sorry for the trouble it’s caused!
