hay_hutchh His, I just went to pack the Patagonia coat. And there’s a huge hole from what looks to be a moth in it. I am so so so sorry, it’s been in a spare closet since I moved to Phoenix. But I can’t sell you an item in that shape

erinfishak Hi @hay_hutchh. /Hayley— I received jacket. Thanks for sending so quickly. I am in here to accept order but have one concern—the first time I put it on and zipped it the zipper immediately separated at the base. I zipped it half a dozen more times, carefully, and didn’t have a repeat. Did you ever have this issue? My experience with Poshmark is that once you accept there is no further option to discuss with seller so I just want to make sure you’re confident this was a one-time fluke! Thank you!

hay_hutchh @erinfishak hello! I’m so sorry that happened to you! When I purchased this jacket, I never had an issue at the store. And the 20 min I did wear it I never had a fluke with it at all! I do believe it was a one time thing, as I personally didn’t have the issue. Just let me know what you would like to do
