eorlando1028 @denise_ramey just an update. Poshmark said if delivery hasn’t been made by 6/13 that I should reach out again by replying to the email. I’m not sure if you are able to get a faster resolution on your end.

denise_ramey @eorlando1028 Hi Erin, it’s usually handled by the seller, but at the end of the day, Poshmark is the only representative that can handle this, put some pressure on them. 😂

denise_ramey Hi Erin, the more I thought about it, I didn’t like their answer to you, so I did contact them and told them they stopped tracking shortly after they were mailed and I gave them all the information they needed, it’s up to them to follow up on this as there is nothing we can do.

denise_ramey Hi Erin: I am contacting you because I got a email from Poshmark, they told me if I hadn’t received my purchase (Joe’s Jeans) by 6/13, to contact the seller and you will need to go to your Poshmark’s status page where you can reach the next solution through the Poshmark team. I’m sorry, this is a problem. Denise

eorlando1028 @denise_ramey hi, their last email to me said if I hadn’t seen tracking updated by 6/13 to respond to their email and they would take the next steps to resolving the issue. I did respond to their email yesterday since I hadn’t seen any action with tracking. Just waiting for them to tell me what needs to be done.

eorlando1028 @denise_ramey hi! Yes, I received them back yesterday…the package was absolutely destroyed. It looks like maybe it got caught in a piece of machinery or something; ripped a huge hole in the priority envelope as well as a hole in the Jeans. Unfortunately, I don’t think they are salvageable.
