carmannm2 Hi! I'm new to poshmark can't figure out how to direct message. I bought the grey booties and the USPS tracking said they were delivered, but there was nothing at my mail box. Just wanted to inform you that as soon as the minimum 7 day window has passed, I will filing a missing mail report with USPS. I noticed the tracking says the boots were insured, but I'm not quite sure what that process is. Thanks!
