I have thyroid disease so I struggle with my weight, but these help give me healthy energy without the jitters and they help take away inflammation in the body. ariannagrace13 @runwayrachel I agree, I’ve tried so many different kinds and keep going back to Mary Kay, I don’t sell it but can’t rave enough about it :) I think ultimately it’s just making sure you moisturize and always use spf :)
