biancachan I'm sorry to hear the hat didn't fit well! however, you did not ask for any measurements so I can't be held liable as a seller :( i'm disappointed you gave me a low rating as there was nothing I could do about the hat. my overall ratings fell to 4.9 instead of 5 too. hopefully in the future you will ask sellers for measurements so you know what you're buying 😄😄
