Sorry to hear you opened a case today. All necklaces are brand new, individually bubble wrapped for safe travels. I am confused as to reason for the case.

@sassypitstop I took the necklace out of the bubble wrap and it immediately just broke upon touching it. Very very unfortunate. Hope this clears up why I opened the case.

@sassypitstop the white one did. I love all of them... and actually wore the black one yesterday. Half way through the day I realized black leaked off the necklace all over me. With that one, I can at least paint it with clear nail polish. Hope that helps!

@erinkears - Oh, my gosh, I am so sorry. I have these in multiple colors for myself and selling. I'll check back on this specific lot in case they changed vendors on me. I'm happy to provide you with partial refund if Posh does that or even send out a new one but I do want to check which lot each came from in case any would have the same issue(s). Again, so sorry.

@erinkears I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase from me. I did my best in trying to provide you with the best service possible by gift wrapping your item and shipping it fast. I wasn't aware of any fur shedding at all. It was practically new and I wore it briefly but didn't experience shedding myself so I had know way of knowing that it would. Unfortunately I didn't design the jacket and choose the fabric therefore I had no control over the quality.
