Hey Erin! Sorry I made a mistake and shipped the wrong sandals. I’m Curious how shipping in a shoe box is considered “horrible conditions”? I sent Posh a email regarding my mistake. Giving someone a chance to fix their mistake would be the polite thing to do.

@tammibosiljevac I wasn’t sure how to contact you sorry. I am used to receiving a shoe box inside of a regular sailing box. The tape was coming undone when I received it so it wasn’t very secure.
