@hearts2813 now go back in and choose all your items and bundle them together then put in an offer but subtract seven dollars for the shipping from the price you're willing to pay then I can decide if you're offering enough for the items but either way I want you to subtract the seven dollars so that the shipping is taken care of so go in and try that and resubmit the order and we'll go from there

@hearts2813 A good rule of thumb when putting in an offer is you're likely to get excepted if it's 25% or less that you're offering off of their actual asking price so don't go more than 25% off

Hello there, We have a bit of a problem, I shipped your purse the same day I shipped the other items😱🙁 I went to look at the receipt for the tracking number and it shows only one package going to Riverside. I watched them scan in the box myself that day! I'm going down there to talk to them and see where that box went! I really hope we find it , I want you to have the purse that you love! I apologize for the inconvenience.

I have spoken to USPS, pkg possibly in transit and just hasn't been scanned, if you are ok with waiting, they told me to give it until Monday. If you do not receive the package by then , I will file a claim for lost or stolen mail and of course you will be refunded. Per poshmark policy you have the right to cancel the order and get a refund if the package is not received within seven days or you can give it until Monday to see if it shows up. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

@hearts2813 no nothing I haven't been able to track it at all it's like I dropped it off at the post office never to return. I was so upset that day I was actually crying, my poor husband was trying to console me. I want you to put in for a refund so you get your money back. I can get $50 back on the purse if they don't find it, but that's all and that's OK, I was more upset because I didn't want you to be disappointed!. I hope you won't let this ruin your Poshmark experience. I'm so sorry!😔

@hearts2813 I think at this point no, They told me to file a "lost or stolen mail" form if you didnt get it by the end of the day Monday so I will do that tomorrow. I think I can go in and cancel for you.....I will cancel, but if it shows up here or there we will just stay in touch ........ ok?

I just emailed patch Mark and told him that this item was either lost or stolen in the mail and that they needed to refund the buyer and I would open a claim with that United States Post Office. Go in under your purchase and down at the bottom where it says a problem or inquiry click on that and send them an email and tell them that you need a refund because the item was lost in the mail. That might speed things along

This item was either lost or stolen in the mail and this client needs a refund as soon as possible she did not receive what she ordered and has been waiting. She tried to cancel and has sent numerous emails and is quite frustrated and I don't blame her. I feel sorry for this customer, she needs her money back.

All of the email wouldn't fit in that comment but I basically also told them that we had both tried to cancel the order but we were locked out I told him that it was urgent in the subject box I also of course thank them and asked them to take care of it as soon as possible. I will touch base with you daily until we get this resolved. If I hear anything todayI will let you know otherwise I will touch base with you tomorrow.

Before I accept your offer on the bra you sent me I wanted you to know I'm still working on getting items listed in my closet, and I have a same size bra in 36DDD as well but in pink! So wanted you to be able to see that too before you make a decision if you want the black one or the pink I just listed (or both!).
