jackiecee456 I received your message regarding my purchase of the pink suede shoes. That’s surprising, because as long as I’ve been buying and selling on PM (since 2014), when an item is shipped through USPS, it’s always scanned the same day it’s shipped. I will check the status in the morning.......,I also noticed I never received from you the fact that it was packed and shipped.

jackiecee456 I receive notifications from the post office online informed delivery as soon as I purchase something so I know when to expect it for delivery. Strangely, your item still says awaiting item since the 8th, the day it was purchased. I can’t see the post office failing yo scan an item 2 days ago when you stated you dropped it off....something doesn’t sound right. ....now we’re into day 3

jandehumphrey My apologies but I have no idea what happened and why they haven’t scanned yet. I dropped them off at a different post office from my normal one. I’d be happy to refund you your money. I had this happen to me a few weeks ago when I purchased something on Poshmark, I never got an email saying it shipped but they showed up on my porch 3 days later.

jandehumphrey @jackiecee456 I’m so relieved it finally picked up! Again I’m so sorry and have no idea why other than I dropped it off at a different post office- which I won’t do again! 😉 I’ve never had an issue with any of my other sales and my profile says I usually ship same day or next day so again I’m so sorry for the post office delay!
