@haleybug741 hi Erin! I’m so sorry to hear about the necklace! I definitely packed it in a jewelry box but it was the same color as the larger shipping box and must have burst loose. I must not have taped it down enough! I would have been happy to offer a return if you don’t think you will wear etc. Again, all apologies, I intended it to come better packaged. Have a good weekend!
