nickjord Hi Erin…I received a curling iron from you in July …I was out of town for 6 weeks and just used it for the first time today..plugged it in and does not work. I still had it In the package till today…looks new but not working..I used to have the same one so I know how to use it..any reason it wouldn’t work? GB

gbbthrift @nickjord There should not be any reason it wouldn't work. I bought it new and I used it probably about three times total, and it worked every time. I sold it because I rarely used it. I believe there is a temperature knob on it. Is that turned up the entire way? I am not sure how else to help after items are marked delivered. I would have accepted a return.

nickjord I was not going to return it so no worries. I it looks new to me and can’t figure out why it won’t turn on. I am holding down the single button and shouldn’t something light up with the temp showing? Nothing goes on or heats up..Thanks..

gbbthrift @nickjord something should light up. If I remember correctly, there is the button, and a little knob that rotates for the temp.
