luv2luvutoo Hi. I’m sorry but did you mean to give me a 3 star rating on a brand new dress with original tags? I’m a 5 star seller and stand by my inventory. I would have happily accepted a return if you were unhappy for any reason whatsoever, and not have my 5 star rating ruined due to a internal smudge on a brand new dress.

erinrichart @luv2luvutoo hello- I’m afraid I’m somewhat new to Poshmark and the workings. I was disappointed when the dress showed up dirty and with makeup smudges on it. Is that not what the ratings are for? I’m happy to change my rating if it affects you going forward. How should this be handled instead?
