You will need:
Access to the email account associated with Poshmark.

    As a seller
 
Go to My Sales.
Select the order.
Select Need New Shipping Label.
Select Never Received.
Select Next.
Select either Email Printable Label or Generate Shipping QR Code.

    If this is your first sale, you will need to fill out some information before your shipping label is issued. After the information is entered, your shipping label will be emailed to you. 
If you have not received an email:
Check that your email is correct under your profile settings. 
Check your inbox or spam/junk folder.
Contact support if you haven’t received a label after following the steps above.

    @luv_luxe hi. I haven’t heard back from them again. Please let me know best way to move forward. Just trying to figure out how I get refunded. Did you receive payment and I can just share my address or is there a way to cancel the order from your end and I pay your business directly?
