carolinesfinery Hi Erin. I’m about to ship out the Ferrari shirts that you purchased for me on Saturday, and I noticed a discoloration on the red T-shirt. I can’t see it in most light but if I turn it a certain way, I can see it. I’ve never done this before, but I think I can refund $10 and still ship both out, or cancel all together. Sorry about this. Lmk what you decide. Thx

They wrote “Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we understand your request. We do want to assist you in ensuring that your buyers have a great experience on Poshmark! If they have any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist them.”

carolinesfinery So I wrote “Ben, are you processing the $10 refund then? I realized the issue before item shipped and reached out to buyer. She agreed to the sale with a partial refund. At that point I sent out the order and told her I would take care of a refund of $10. Are you saying you can’t do anything, she will have to do it? I am the seller, and I approve of partial refund. Please let me know specifically what needs to be done and your email is a little vague“.
