remi_lane02 @loveglam721 I’m not sure either. I’m hoping it’s not lost bc I was so excited to get it. There is a notice saying usps is experiencing delays on the tracking page so maybe that’s why it’s taking so long. 🤷‍♀️ Have you ever had this happen before? I’ve never had trouble with delayed shipping before...

remi_lane02 @loveglam721 it has been long enough that I can request usps looks into where the package is. I just need help submitting the form. Can you tell me: 1. Is it a package or envelope? 2. Was it priority mail/the mail class? 3. Was it mailed at a post office, mailbox, residence?

loveglam721 @remi_lane02 it was an envelope, I took it to USPS, and it was priority mail. This is crazy. I am truly sorry that this has happened. I looked online last night and the website said they were having issues and deliveries were delayed. Totally sucks

remi_lane02 @loveglam721 I submitted a search request bc it’s been enough days without a status change that they should look into it per their website. I’ll let you k is when I hear back. It said it could take up to 7 days to hear from them.
