esther1761 @ecposhmark926 Hello, I purchased the shorts and love them. there was just the problem of the button that was off from the moment i opened the package as well as the fastening on the back had a hole. I would like to keep them if you could provide me with a lower purchase price to reflect the cost i would incur to fix the button.

esther1761 sure, i included it my pictures it was in the place where the button attaches. the problem was with the top button, it was not attached and in the back of it there was a hole

ecposhmark926 @esther1761 Right; I saw the pictures but didn’t understand that the hole was from the button. I’m a bit confused and frustrated TBH as they were new, with tags, shorts, and I sent them in the exact condition as posted (I.e. with no damages). Since you opened a case with Poshmark, I don’t even know how I would be able to refund you a portion for you to keep them.

esther1761 @ecposhmark926 I wrote to Poshmark to let them know. I really didn’t know how to do it to ask for a reduction. It will just be a hard fix because it is not a regular button and the hole in the back will have to be secured. I saw your RealReal tag but I guess the button was loose from there. No idea to be honest. I did not even try them on it just fell out when I opened the package.
