jacsopraneri @glamqueen5 There is no option to send an offer in the bundle....only an option to view they current offer ($20) that is active. I'm not sure how else to make another offer with the discounted shipping!

jacsopraneri @glamqueen5 You could send an offer for $16 and pay full price shipping....that would make up for the $2 shipping discount on the original order. I double checked the halo. It is not damaged, but like I said, it's hand shaped wire and not PERFECTLY round.
