jillianka I'm sorry you are unhappy with the item. As pictures and description show, the seams are intentionally distressed and loose. I'm sorry you feel that it was misleading, though this was all described. A case could have been open if yoy felt differently.

jillianka @erincarlson216 They give you 3 days from the date of delivery to open a case. I'm not sure how they are not wearable. They didn't leave my home that way. They left my home as described and puctured. With loose and distressed threading, as manufactured

erincarlson216 @jillianka its not loose threading...they are torn as if someone tried them on that they did not fit. they have holes in the back of them! As stated i just received them yesterday and it would not allow me to open a case. I reached out to customer support.

jillianka @erincarlson216 I am unsure how that happened. I inspect everything as I list them and when they go out. I am unsure how they wouldn't let you open a case, as you are given 3 days. They certainly didn't leave my home ripped. I am sorry they came yo you that way. They left as pictured and described. Hopefully, customer service could help you.

jillianka @erincarlson216 I'm sorry you feel that way.. I have been on Poshmark since 2014, hosted Posh N Sips, attended poshfest, and have over 1400 sales and no complaints as harsh as how you describe, so, I'm sorry your pants arrived damaged. Again, they did not leave my home that way. Good luck with customer service.

jillianka @erincarlson216 Well, perhaps when the package was open.. Or cut open, they were damaged. Anything is possible as you mentioned you only received them yesterday and Poshmarks own system showed they reached you days ago. I think at this point, let customer service know and go from there.
