Hi Erin, if the shoes didn't fit why didn't you file a claim? They aren't my size, so I have no way of knowing that. The description is accurate, and I didn't misrepresent, so a one star rating really hurts my business. Can you file a claim for these and please return them? how can I fix this issue for you so you'll remove that rating? Thx
