hdpn Hi. I received my order of the rainbow champagne flutes. I like them very much, however, two of the flutes were broken. The break on both is at the bottom of the stem where it meets the base. I want to keep them but I will need to purchase others that look similar to these flutes. Is there a refund that I could get on the two broken ones? I'll be happy to send pictures if you like. hdpn Hello Erin. I contacted you about the fact that I had received my champagne flutes and ice bucket and I'm very pleased, however, two of the flutes were broken. I wanted to talk to you first before I posted any messages on Poshmark. hope to hear from you soon. Thanks so much Trudy

hdpn @resale_hype. Hi Erin. I don't know how to go about it either; to get an estimate on the two broken flutes, I divided $23.37 by 5 and came up with $4.67 for each item. $4.67 x 2 is $9.34. Please adjust to whatever you feel is fair. I will contact The Help Center and see what I can find out. I don't know if you can mend glass but I'm going to give it a try. Thanks so much for your help. Could you send me your email address? I would like to send a picture of the broken flutes to you.

hdpn Hi Erin. The support center credited $5 to my account and I hope that isn't taking anything away from you. I feel like I got such a good deal with the ice bucket and the four flutes that I'm happy to keep it. I glued one together and it seems to be working so I'll do the other one and I'm very happy. Thank you so much for all your help. I know you packaged it carefully and I know that it was broken during transit.
