I was told that USPS is still experiencing severe weather related delays and the package should start moving soon. I even filed a missing package claim with USPS in order to speed up the progress of your order through the mail system to you. You should see the money you paid reflected back in your account. I’m so sorry you didn’t get the sweater you ordered. USPS tracking never updated after February 24th. Again, I regret any inconvenience or frustration this might have caused you. Thank you for your kindness and understanding through all of the wait.
