harbourwind Hi Erin, sorry the shoes were not the right fit. I already instructed Posh to please process a return and refund. They are obviously marked 7 1/2 but we would have no way at all to know that they fit on the small side. Sorry again and if it is easier I can also come and pick them up if you prefer. Thanks Bill

erinsalsa1 It’s ok, I understand you would no way of knowing, it was really weird because I’ve had like 7 pairs of these now and never had that happen. I do fee it was a labeling error. I can also drop to you if easier. I think we live close

harbourwind @erinsalsa1 We are both stuck waiting for them to process it. They do not have formal customer service because they consider themselves an app and not a website. They actually have your payment (i don't). There is no issue at all with returning or refunding, but we have to wait for them to do it. Once they finally get to it, then they will refund you immediately. It couldn't hurt to send a message to customer service through the app. 678-653-0614 in case you have any issues with them. Thanks

erinsalsa1 Ok, so I didn’t make it to post office today but noticed I am going to the post office on glenridge and Roswell rd to ship to you. I think you literally live like .5 miles from there. Do you want me to just drop at your place? It would probably be quicker than me standing in line for like 10-15min
