I should be rated on product and shipping , the dress was brand new with the tag and I shipped it after not even one hour of you purchasing . I’m not sure why you did not have a great experience! I’m only try to improve my level of service with in the guidelines of Poshmark.

beachsidehooper @lalla08 it may not be you, but the dress has some puckering in the chest area - may be a design flaw.... still very wearable though. I had a very nice experience with your shipping and it didn't smell of smoke or anything odd. Just a little issue with the garment itself.
