neenemoose Hi Erin, I received my HD bracelet today. I believe you may have sent the wrong bracelet, the one I received is not a size 7", it appears to be a size 6.5" to 6.75". Please check and let me know your thoughts. Karen

kerinusa1 @neenemoose hi karen....well....i sent you the right one....but it should have read 6 1/2.....and we have a 8 that should be marked 7 1/2....that was our mistake...we thought it was a 7 and an 8....we will do whatever you choose from refund to exchange for the 7 1/2....your call....we will take care of any/all shipping from here out on this....erin

kerinusa1 @neenemoose hi karen...we can do that.....i think in order to stay under posh rules, it would be best to buy the earrings, i would honor the same price....that gives me the label etc.....i will mail the earrings and a self addressed envelope for you to mail back in, your refund, and the postage necessary....sound fair,,,?,,,,doable...?

kerinusa1 @mochidec8 MSRP for the wallet is $55. you are looking at a salesman sample (we worked for Amer Acc) and the wholesale price to a HD dealer in QUANTITY is what you think is retail cost. instead of ripping label off, we left it on for verification purposes blacking out dealer cost...sorry for your misunderstanding

kerinusa1 @mochidec8 9 days ago we offered it at 38 (bargain)....5 days ago you offered 31... then we told you to google stock # and if you did, it would confirm what we said, $55 retail....every offer you made, we lost money....we were done at the $31 offer.... at 38, we would have made $2.90 (after Posh deducts their 20%)....and you call us unfair, rude, etc....30% discount on a new wallet.... we are so awful.....and you are so....polite...
