nnamik @erinscloset83 hi 👋 I saw your comment regarding no instructions provided. I did let you know what was needed from you as well as contacting posh to correct the issue. Have you initiated the return? Poshmark may reach out to you to provide label but I think they need to hear from you to return. Full directions are onsite or contact directly and I have done the same

erinscloset83 @nnamik I was not told to return them to you. All I knew was to contact poshmark, and they have yet to tell me anything solid either- in fact, they told me they were contacting you about it. I’m sorry I’m a little frustrated with the situation

nnamik @erinscloset83 email to me from posh said that you have been provided with a return label and when it starts tracking I should ship the sandals. It shouldn't be this difficult!
