theia_2_j So.... something must have happened to the shipping label... my lululemon top was supposed to be out for delivery today, but the tracking says “insufficient address” by the post office now. That’s really weird because I received two other Poshmark packages today, and my address has never changed. So apparently the top is on its way back to you. 😭

theia_2_j @eringrace__ it’s not your fault! I’m guessing the shipping label was damaged. There’s nothing about my address that’s “undeliverable”. I’ve had the same address with Poshmark since I first signed up two years ago, and everything else I’ve ordered has always been delivered successfully. So the label you printed should have been fine. Something as to have happened to it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

theia_2_j Did the top ever make it back to you? I’m checking the post office one more time today to see if it’s in route back to you and then contacting Poshmark. This situation isn’t fair to either of us.

theia_2_j @eringrace__ well, I reached out to Poshmark again today. Hopefully something good comes out of it. The Post Office has no other scans on the package other than return to sender. If it ever does turn up on your end let me know.

theia_2_j @eringrace__ I just got an email from Poshmark. They refunded both of us according to their email. Apparently the Post Office lost the package 😭 At least we have a resolution. Still a bummer 😕 Thank you for being an awesome seller. I give you 5 stars! Double check your email too to make sure you got your earnings from Poshmark!
