@karenhannum yes, I’m at the bank. I’ve been told I need to wait for the manager to do this all over again. I’ve been here for 45 minutes. Looks like he’s wrapping up his meeting and I’m next. My phones on vibrate and in my purse so if I don’t answer right away that’s part of the reason. The other is I’ll be talking with the manager
