samsadventures_ Hi, Glad you are happy with the Under Armour Golf jacket. I just read your review and to be honest, None of what you mentioned could have been controlled by us. We ship all orders next day and really have no control of the items once they are shipped. Sounds like the issue might have been with the app. Thanks again for the order.
