dbl2016 Erin, I need to apologize. For the first time, I made a shipping error and mailed the GAP Camel Girls size 12 skirt to a different Posher. I reprinted her label by mistake. I apologize for this inconvenience. I've alerted Poshmark about the issue and I have all the documented receipts from the Post Office with tracking numbers and I am awaiting their instructions on how to handle this. Again, I am so embarrassed by this oversight and I will do everything I can to rectify the situation.

dbl2016 Hello Erin, I'm doing my best to contact Poshmark Customer Support, but they are not responding. I have reached out to the other Posher to alert her that a second package with the GAP suede skirt will be coming to her home. She received her purchase yesterday, but has not "accepted" it or responded to me. Fingers crossed, I can get this resolved quickly and get the skirt to you. Again, I apologize, but I wanted to keep you up to date. I pride myself on quick shipping and customer service. Sorry!

dbl2016 @erinaburnell Good morning, I finally heard back from Poshmark Support and they said the labels are for one use only and that the package may either go to the other Posher's address, come back to me or "get lost" by USPS. I hope with my return address on it, that it will return here and we can start the process over. I asked the other Posher to inform me if it comes to her house, but she hasn't responded to me at all. Again, I truly apologize for this error and I will keep you posted. Thank you!

erinaburnell Are they able to refund me the amount? For some crazy reason this is actually the 2nd skirt we’ve tried to get with no luck. Haha! The first never shipped, so they refunded me. But since we don’t know where this one is, can they refund it?

dbl2016 @erinaburnell I will make sure they refund you, they tend to be good about that. I wish they had a phone number for Posh Support as it takes multiple inquiries and you get different people. I also don't want this to hurt my ship time rating, I actually have the receipt and it was shipped on 10/20 at 1:31pm. I would think they want me to cancel the order, but I haven't heard. At this point, if it returns I'll mark it down more if you want it. keep you posted, and thank you for understanding.
