erinashe817 @floridabarbie Hi- I’m having trouble figuring this site out! I just got an email from a girl saying she bought the purse I have listed but I didn’t select a payment method until just now (after) and I can’t find any record of the transaction, etc. it seems like so far this site is easy to buy things through but not at all seller-friendly. Please help! Thank you Florida Barbie (love the name btw- I am a Barbie girl forever- made of plastic, it’s fantastic - c’mon Barbie let’s go party!

floridabarbie @erinashe817 Hello! First thing i would check is "My Sales" to see if the item is listed as Sold. And also check "My Balance" to see if their is any pending payment. It can some times take upto 3 days to show on your account as a pending payment. I always say, you can't ship an item if the buyer didn't pay because their would be no shipping label...lol And thanks for the compliment! Barbie has been my nickname since grade school which was many many years ago!!!
