sagensndtreasur OMG Erin I found you. I am the person that has your consignment bag. You and I spoke before. PM has done something wonky with the bags. I went the next day to finish posting your bag and couldn’t find it. Your items were posted in another closet 🤷🏽‍♀️. Anyway I’ve reached out to PM to figure this mess out.

eekelley511 @sagensndtreasur do we have any idea when this mix up is going to be cleared up by PM?? I still have someone's stuff in my closet and assume mine is in someone else's as well. This is not good at all!

sagensndtreasur @eekelley511 no it is not good. As of today, Sunday 14th, PM has not responded to my message. 🤬 The persons closet, that they switched your things to, reached out to me and brought to my attention that these items I had posted (your items) were in her closet and weren’t her things. Then PM somehow replaced your bag with hers, on my consignment bag feed, and I saw conversation between her and the Posher who had been listing her items. What a mess. Have you reached out to PM?

eekelley511 @sagensndtreasur I reached back out to the Posher who has the bag listed in my closet. She maybe has some more info. I'll let you know what she says. I can also reach out to PM if she doesn't have anything, but I don't know if you want 4 sets of hands in this (the Poshers and the Consignees). PM should really resolve and quickly. This could lead to people's money getting mixed up (I realize you have put my items as NFS --thank you -- but that's not the case for items in my closet).

sagensndtreasur @eekelley511 well hopefully they’re comparing my long detailed letter I sent to them. The only reason I wanted others involved to reach out is because I thought they would have responded to me sooner. We all want to sell these things and make $$ so to me this is a pretty big matter. I guess I mistakenly thought they would think so too. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

eekelley511 @jdluvsbargains Ok now we are all in the same place. I emailed PM this morning with urgent response request, gave all the details, including all of our PM @s and Bag IDs. Told them we have been waiting 2 weeks for resolution & requested a response for resolution within 3 days sent to all 4 of us. If we haven't heard from them by Mon, should we talk deleting and starting over? Tho runs the risk of mixed-up closets again so really need PM to get involved

eekelley511 @sagensndtreasur PM responded to me, said "We see this was already sent to be fixed. This can take time." Not sure when it was sent to be fixed or how. Thats all the information I got! I replied back with some more questions.
