mandyland5 Hi @enunes1 - I saw your rating on the Ivanka heels. I’m so sorry you’re unhappy with the condition, but the description states the shoes have stains and the images show those stains, thus the $12 sale. The shoes have been on a shelf since those photos were taken. I take the happiness of my customers very seriously and would never purposely mislead a customer on the item’s condition. I ask that you reconsider the rating given the honesty in the listing &hope you will shop my closet again.
