ladysativa2 I don’t know if you got my messages, but I think because the one palette was broken they just refund you and u keep the palettes. I don’t know how their return policy works. I just want u to be happy ❤️❤️❤️❤️ so I hope something gets figured out for you. I got frustrated because I don’t know what to do. Except to allow a return
