vynyssa @lendy08 🌺Hi, About your question: buyers are not supposed to return things without opening a return case through Posh. Posh has to approve all returns. If she did not open a case, do not refund her. You will have no proof that you did (as far as Posh is concerned) and she could then open a case through them, and you would have to pay twice! You can suggest to her to open a case for return and then just follow Posh’s instructions. LMK if you have any more questions.

lendy08 @vynyssa she did open a case and she won , my mistake was that the company House of CB changed names at that time and she kept saying it wasn’t from there but they changed their name from the time I purchased witch was a while back.my issue is trying to re sale the item I want to edit the description and add more photos but it does not let me do that

vynyssa @lendy08 🐶 Ohhhhh, sorry u lost ur case, they are getting way to free with the returns! Once a listing is ‘sold’ u cannot edit it anymore. If you want some of the pics, screen shot them, but u will have to make a new listing☹️ which sux if u wanted to copy/paste the description., but that’s what we’re stuck with once it’s sold.
