esmeltat @buddyteddy didn't meant to offend. As you can see, I always offer low, but it is up to the person to accept, counteroffer, or decline. I have a history of buying things too. I start low to get a counteroffer. I know it will be not be accepted.... well, sometimes it does get accepted.
