Hey, I declined the offer because that is a CUSTOM MADE ITEM. I DIDN'T BUY IT FOR 5 DLS AND TRY TO RESALE IT. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS ITEM FOR 40 DLS. AT LEAST NOT LIKE THIS LENGTH. SECOND, THIS IS A CHIFFON FABRIC NOT MESH. LASTLY, THE LISTING STATED THAT PRICE IS "NON-NEGOTIABLE". YOU WERE OFFERING 20 DLS WHICH POSHMARK TAKES 4 DLS OFF FROM IT WHICH WILL LEAVE ME 16 DLS. DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT ITEM IS WORTH 16 DLS????

@buddyteddy didn't meant to offend. As you can see, I always offer low, but it is up to the person to accept, counteroffer, or decline. I have a history of buying things too. I start low to get a counteroffer. I know it will be not be accepted.... well, sometimes it does get accepted.
