mlubert @esmeraldaradonc Try this first to see if it helps! Step 1: Click on your Account tab at the bottom right of the app Step 2: Select My Address Step 3: Select Default Shipping Address / Default Return Address Step 4: Select from your previously saved addresses or enter a new one. You may have to enter a Verification Code (code will be sent to your default verification method) Step 5: Click Submit Step 6: Enter Address

mlubert @esmeraldaradonc Glad you contacted the support center. I’m sure they are looking into things for you-maybe to reset your information. I’ve had to reach out to support several times already and they have been great. Hopefully they will get back to you today because that sounds like there could even be a glitch in the system. Hope this gets resolved for you soon.
