zipandflare Hello. I wanted to reach out regarding your 1 star rating for packaging. I’m sorry you accidentally cut the shirt when opening but am disappointed I received a low rating for that. With the wet and rainy weather I always try and protect the item while it’s in transit so it’s not damaged or becomes damaged by the elements. Again, I’m sorry you aren’t satisfied. I have asked Posh to remove your rating.

eparra518 @zipandflare it wasn’t damaged by the transit, it was damaged because the manner in which you packaged it made next to impossible to determine where it was safe to cut. This was for a birthday present and I ordered 2 other shirts from other sellers. The other shirts came in the small and free cardboard boxes provided by USPS. Those were very easy to open. The USPS bags that you used were not appropriate for a shirt.

zipandflare @eparra518 Correct. It wasn’t damaged in transit. I will not ship in a cardboard box during rainy season, it would be soaked before leaving the state. You could have easily cut across the top of the package.

eparra518 @mbarrueta Hi, thank you for checking up on the package. I recently moved, so it looks like it arrived in Citrus Heights on 7/25 and because I set up mail forwarding through the postal service, it is taking longer to get to my new address in Shingle Springs. I would give it at least 2 or 3 more days before trying to track it down. All of my packages are being delayed because of the move. Thanks again!
