studiomiami @lsls7 actually I have a serious question. My first listing weighs 20 lbs, how can I ship this with Poshmark if the max weight they allow is 10lbs?

uptowngemsnsuch @esaihernandez Is it something that can be shipped in more than one package? That's my best suggestion. If not, I would contact Posh support & ask them. The only way to protect yourself from not having payment issues is to have it track through Posh. I hope this helps 💚

studiomiami @lsls7 thank you. I have a UPS account I can use to ship the item. I can ship in three separate packages but it would end up costing me almost $60 in shipping. Not worth the sale and 20% loss :(

uptowngemsnsuch @esaihernandez Contact Posh via email as soon as possible, because it takes at least 24 hours to get an actual Non-Automated response. Especially if it hasn't sold yet. That way you're prepared when it sells 💐🎁

uptowngemsnsuch @esaihernandez Plus if you ship Off Posh, you have no recourse. You don't get the money for the sale until the Buyer Accepts the Shippment. If you ship Off Poshmark, you are unprotected from loss of having funds released to you. If shipped thru Posh even if buyer doesn't accept shippment, they track & release funds to you 4 days after they see shippment delivered
