rebeccakeifer @esthelle22 - Hi. The shoulder strap is adjustable and it’s over 23 inches long. Can be worn as a crossbody. The model is the pic is 5 feet 10 inches. I’m 5 feet 5 inches and when I have both handles on one shoulder hits right at my hip.
