sandrayessick Good morning, my apologies for not shipping your dress yet, I live in a flooded area from tropical storm Cindy. I live on a stretch of river that runs to our bay, with the torrential rains and flooded roads I have not been able to drop at post office. Monday it will go out, it has been raining non stop since Monday afternoon, we have had 4-5 ft over our docks for days. My apologies but in my area, it has been unsafe it drive. Hope you understand💕
