zzbest @etializa hello, I just returned from work and saw that my daughter purchased the necklace without my permission. It’s a beautiful necklace however we’re not in a position to buy things right now. Would you be able to cancel it? If not, I understand and thank you either way.

zzbest @etializa sorry for such an inconvenience. I looked it up on here and it says the seller can cancel by tapping on the listing then tap on edit and tap on problems with order. I’ve never had to do this either, I’m so upset with her.

zzbest @etializa you’re correct, I read a different paragraph. It says tap on your sales, then tap on the sold listing, scroll down to problems/order inquiry, select a reason on the drop-down menu then tap submit
