primpinposh Hi, Sorry you weren’t thrilled with your order. I don’t know how it could have been cleaner. The ruana was brand new from the manufacturer and never used. It was purchased for a store in Sante Fe that a friend of mine had. We’ve sold several. Not sure what was wrong with packaging. I am usually cited for having very good packaging, I hope you have a good week and do hope you’ll enjoy wearing that beautiful ruana.

eachdaycounts @primpinposh I was happy with the packaging and product. The picture is a little deceiving as when I tried it on, it was a lot shorter in the back . One of the little loops for the buttons was fraying badly. But for the most part I liked it .

primpinposh @eachdaycounts I think the length will depend upon your size. My mannequin is a plus size ( really a 12/14 but called plus). I didn’t notice any fraying. It is a loose knit and they do tend to pull at times but if you just gently pull it out, it usually goes right back. If I had noticed it I would have made sure to fix that for you. But what a bargain! Just $14 for a piece that retailed for $110 🙂

eachdaycounts @primpinposh I am a size 12 . And I didn’t say the wrap had fraying to it. I said the loop where the buttons are fraying. Now that I check on them a second time I noticed that two of the three loops are frayed.
