jennandash16 I have not sent a picture frame I don't know what happened I don't know if you received the wrong box but you should have received a medium-sized UPS box and there should have been red tissue paper in there along with the keychain a thank you gift a thank you card as I always send thank you gifts out I have never had a problem with someone not receiving the correct order. Yesterday it was showing that it had not even reached your post office and it said arriving late due to UPS covid-19

essichoi @jennandash16 ok I apologize I have no idea hwere this is from then. I called the local post office. They don’t have it it was delayed. I checked your tracking number and yes it is still in transit. Sorry for the confusion I will wait for the box to arrive in next few days. I am not sure what this other package is then.
