sophiebell_loft Hello. This is SophieBell_Loft. You gave me 3 stars citing ship time as the reason. I shipped your order on the first possible day when USPS was open. You ordered the bag on Saturday when USPS in my area was already closed. They’re closed on Sundays and was closed on Monday/Memorial day. I shipped the bag on Tuesday when USPS reopened. It would have been impossible for me to ship it any sooner. Based on this information, I was hoping you would reconsider your rating to a higher one? Thank you.
