lamchop808 Aloha Esther. I purchased your Ted Baker dress, size 0, navy blue with tiger to wear on my vacation. I didn't realize the elastic areas were stretched out and the dress has white stains on it. Needless to say I couldn't wear the dress. Is there any way to receive a refund?
