pam1116 Hello Ethan: The package I sent you containing the Allbirds has been returned to me today marked “Return to sender. No mail receptacle, unable to forward.” The tracking info says “insufficient address.” The address on your label says 2575 Manana Ave, Joshua Tree California, 92252–1138. Is this correct?

pam1116 @ebanas828 I think you will have to change your address on Poshmark so I can print out a new label. This label has already been scanned. Otherwise one of us will have to pay for new postage. Maybe it’s best to contact poshmark for advice on how to handle. We should both contact them by going to the “Problems/Order Inquiry” page. The post office is so messed up.

pam1116 Hello again. I received a very unsatisfactory reply from Poshmark yesterday about your package. It was as if they did not even read my email. They told me to wait until I got the package returned to me, but I already have had it returned to me! Sent them another email today. By the way the return to sender label was marked no mail receptacle. Do you not have a mailbox at your address?

ebanas828 @pam1116 yes, there’s a area where all the packages get dropped off. Including packages from Poshmark in the past. I don’t know why this one got rejected.

pam1116 Hi again. Poshmark just emailed me a new label, so I will drop the package off at the post office again tomorrow. The label has the same address on it however, on Manana Avenue. I don’t know if you can alert your mail carrier, but it should be there in four or five days. Again sorry for all the confusion. Hope it reaches you this time! Thanks again!

shopauroranorth Hi there! I had shipped the Allbirds you ordered, but they were returned back to me with a label that says “no mail receptacle” I see in the above comments you had the same issue with a different order too, so would you like to handle it the same way by changing your address so poshmark can send me a new label?

shopauroranorth @ebanas828 yeah I think you have to click on your profile and then hit “my addresses” and then change your default shipping address to that one and then I think I should maybe be able to generate a new shipping label! Just let me know when you’ve done it!
